Yummy Green Smoothie


This is one of my fav High Anti-oxidant Yummy Smoothies, perfect for high stress times – Kamala Skipper, Kamala Wellness Co.

Why should I make this smoothie?

Spinach is full of nutrients and antioxidants that have been proven to help reduce high-blood pressure. Not only that but leafy greens like spinach and kale also help promote cell rejuvenation, giving us more energy to look and feel our best. Throw in some strawberries, coconut milk and cacao powder, and it’s heaven in a cup!


  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 small apple banana (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • 1 Medjool date (pitted)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend up until smooth. Drink, Relax and Enjoy 🙂
